3. Payments & Transaction Processing

Payments made through the Zilora Event platform are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers supporting multiple payment methods including:

  • Credit & Debit Cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Scan-to-Pay solutions
  • Mobile wallets
  • Digital payment systems

All payments are collected through Zilora Island Holidays and Adventures on behalf of listed events and organizers.

Payment providers may apply additional fraud prevention, verification, authentication, or security procedures before approving transactions.

Zilora Event reserves the right to suspend, review, reject, or cancel transactions considered suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of platform policies or applicable laws.

4. Ticket Purchases

Users are responsible for verifying:

before completing a purchase.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users agree not to initiate fraudulent or abusive payment disputes or chargebacks after receiving valid tickets or accessing event services.

In cases involving fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized disputes, suspicious activities, or violations of platform policies, Zilora Event reserves the right to:

8. Ticket Ownership & Entry

Each ticket contains a unique digital code or QR code valid for one entry unless otherwise specified.

Duplicated, copied, altered, damaged, or fraudulent tickets may be refused entry.

The first person presenting a valid ticket at the entrance will be considered the legitimate ticket holder.

Attendees may be required to present valid identification during access control.
